　　系统在运行的时候，往往需要开一些程序在后台运行，而有一些是我们看不到的，这些程序可能是以服务的形式或其他的方式在后台运行，比如说病毒之类，会在你的系统中加入进程而产生作用，所以，适当的了解进程，对于保护我们的计算机还是非常有帮助的。

　　下面的这个列表以Windows 2000为基础，当然，现在用XP的用户越来越多，但不管是XP还是Windows Server 2003，它们全是在Windows 2000基础之上进行了系统内核优化之后的作品，它们都是采用的NT内核，所以，在很多的系统进程方面，它们是没有差别的，很多朋友看到后面的英文会问，为什么不汉化一下，不是小编不想汉化，只是认为完全没有必要，如果你打开任务管理器的话，会发现，进程里面全是英文，在那种情况下，是没有中文的，没办法，谁让发明计算机的不是中国人，写Windows的比尔盖子也不是中国人，对于真心想要学到东西的朋友来说，这些英文其实并不难，很容易理解，不要被它们吓倒哦:)
